Order in Council 1031/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lalit Aggarwal was reappointed as part-time member and chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario for a fixed term of four years, effective June 6, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 644/2020;

And

whereas Lalit Aggarwal tendered his resignation effective July 15, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(3) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019, Order in Council O.C. 644/2020 be revoked effective July 15, 2023.
