Order in Council 439/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 250(1) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994 , (the “Act”),

Stephen Blakely of Picton, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario for a term of two years commencing on July 1, 2017.

And that pursuant to subsection 250(3) of the Act, Stephen Blakely be reappointed the Chair of the Board for a term of two years commencing on July 1, 2017.
