OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 17, 2014, and pursuant to subsections 31(2) and (4) of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2011, the Fair Drug Pricing Act, is pleased to amend the Fair Drug Pricing Regulations, N.S. Reg. 223/2011, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2011-234 dated June 30, 2011, to align the pricing of existing generic drugs with pricing across Canada and implement a tiered pricing framework for new generic drugs that are benefits under the Insured Prescription Drug Plan, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 1, 2014.
