OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated August 19, 1998, pursuant to Sections 15 and 16 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to: (
a) repeal the regulations respecting funding formulae for calculating grants to regional library boards made by Order in Council 88-481, dated May 10, 1988; and (
b) make new regulations respecting funding in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
