OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 21, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 252 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Legal Aid Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Jade Pictou of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a part-time director of the Nova Scotia Legal Aid Commission, made by Order in Council 2021-26 dated January 28, 2021, effective July 19, 2022.
