OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 12, 2001, is pleased to: (
a) designate pursuant to
Section 13 of
Chapter 109 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Court Houses and Lockup Houses Act, the cells located at the Cole Harbour RCMP Detachment, 1171 Cole Harbour Road, Cole Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a lockup; and (
b) designate pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter Y-1 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Young Offenders Act, the cells located at the Cole Harbour RCMP Detachment, 1171 Cole Harbour Road, Cole Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a place of temporary detention.
