Statutory Authority: Public Service, s. 15 (

a) The appointment of Ramesh Ranjan, made by OIC 714/2019, and continued by OIC 483/2020, is rescinded, (

b) Ramesh Ranjan is reappointed to the position of Senior Ministerial Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Labour for a term ending January 1, 2021, (

c) and (

d) remuneration, terms and conditions are set, and (

e) effective January 1, 2021, (

i) Ramesh Ranjan is appointed as a Ministerial Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, and (ii) to (iii) remuneration, terms and conditions are set.
