Order in Council 566/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016, Douglas Turnbull , of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) and as such becomes a member of the Authority, for a fixed term of two years effective the date of this order.
