Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 19, 2004, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of 6,134 square metres of surplus lands, situate at or near Exit 8, Elmsdale, Hants County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown cross-hatched on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the lands to the Municipality of the District of East Hants, in exchange for a serviced lot in the Elmsdale Business Park; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute Deeds of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
