Order in Council 363/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Invest Ontario Act, 2021 which continued Invest Ontario,

Elyse Allan of Toronto

be re-appointed as a member of Invest Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding two years, effective the later of March 18, 2022 or the date of this Order in Council.
