An agreement between a distributor and a dealer with respect to a farm implement shall contain the legal rights and obligations that are prescribed by the regulations for the parties to the agreement. A provision of an agreement is void if it requires that the dealer offer no farm impl ements or parts for sale at re- tail other than those that are manufactured by the manufacture r specified in the agreement or if it requires the dealer not to make a dealership agreement with any other distributor. A distributor who is liable under the Act to make repairs to a farm implement may either make the repairs, as the Act pres- ently allows, or may reimburse the dealer for making the re- pairs.
