Order in Council 127/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Terry Prowse of Orleans be reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective February 17, 2024.
