An Act to Incorporate the Armdale Yacht Club is pleased to approve the by-laws of the Armdale Yacht Club, approved by members of the Armdale Yacht Club at a special meeting on November 9, 2010, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 8, 2011.
