Order in Council 324/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection Act , O.C. 925/2022 dated April 7, 2022 appointing Salah Bachir as a trustee of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection be revoked, effective February 15, 2023.
