Order in Council 1510/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 58(2) and (5) and

section 59 of the Electricity Act, 1998 ,

Gadi Mayman, Public Servant, of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation (OEFC) and as Chief Executive Officer, and he is designated as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of OEFC, in each case to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of July 21, 2017.
