OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 7, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Mary H. Ellis of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-25, dated January 14, 1997; and (
b) appoint Mary H. Langevin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
