CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Farm Security Act (Assented to July 14, 1987) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Farm Security Amendment Act, 1987. R.S.S. 1978, c.F-9 The Farm Security Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended

Section is amended: (

a) by striking out “any of the years to 1987” in subsection (1) and substituting “any year”; and (

b) by striking out “each or any of the years to 1987” in subsection (2) and substituting “any year”.

Section amended Subsection 7(11) is repealed. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from July 1,1987. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
