THE HUNTING AND FISHING HERITAGE

AMENDMENT ACT, 2019

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

The Bill adds the value of public safety and conservation to the Act.

Section 1 of The Hunting and Fishing Heritage Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 79, is amended by striking out " in accordance with the law " and substituting " , subject to conservation and public safety law ".

Explanatory Note

The Bill adds the value of public safety and conservation to the Act.
