OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated April 1, 2020, and pursuant to Subsection 19(2) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act , is please to approve the renewal by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing of the state of emergency declared by the Minister under Subsection 12(1) of the Emergency Management Act on March 22, 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective at noon on April 5, 2020 until noon on April 19, 2020.
