OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Economic Development dated August 8, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the sale of PID #20463782 (324 MacElmon Road, Lower Onslow) and PID #20456778 (No. 102 Highway, Lower Onslow) to the Municipality of the County of Colchester for a sale price of $1,000.00; (

b) authorize the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Economic Development to each make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Economic Development to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
