a) Joy Thorkelson of Prince Rupert is re-appointed as Chair and member of the board of directors of Fisheries Renewal BC to serve at pleasure for a term ending October 21, 2002, and (

b) Joy Thorkelson shall receive a quarterly fee of $900 and $350 for each day spent doing the work of a member of the board of directors of Fisheries Renewal BC. MM er of Agokulture, Food and Fisheries and Mi 'star Responsible for Rural Development (This
