FIRST INVESTMENT PLAN REGULATION

Prescribed period for first investment plan

1 The prescribed period for the purposes of

section 202.1 (1) (

b) of the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act starts on November 1, 2016 and ends on September 1, 2017.

Repeal

2 This regulation is repealed on January 5, 2019.
