Order in Council 303/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Anne Kell of Gilford

be reappointed as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective as of January 31, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
