Order in Council 719/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Andrea Geddes Poole of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board effective June 8, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
