Order in Council 84/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act , Lois O’Neill-Jackson of Trent Lakes be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Haliburton—Kawartha Lakes—Brock effective the date of this Order.
