Order in Council 460/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the City of Barrie (Geographic Township of Vespra), County of Simcoe, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being:

part of Lots 21 and 22, Concession 3;

part of Lots 4 and 5, Concession 1, West of Penetanguishene Road; and

part of the Road Allowance between Concessions 1 and 3,

shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2947-0208, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 8 th day of November, 2018 be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
