section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area

generally known as the Croucher's Brook

Water Supply Area, WS-S-0281, for the Town of Glenburnie-Birchy

Head-Shoal Brook as a protected water supply area.

area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber-Bay of Islands abutted and bounded as follows:
