CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Arrears of Taxes Act [Assented to April 2, 1954] R.S.S 1940, c.146, s.64 amended 1(1) Subsections (1a) and (1b) of

section of The Arrears of Taxes Act, as enacted by

chapter of the statutes of and

chapter of the statutes of respectively, are repealed and shall be deemed to have never been contained in The Arrears of Taxes Act.
