chapter P-5.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1987, is amended by adding before the heading “REGULATIONS” preceding

section 100 the following: 1 La

section applies to the following pension plans: 99.1(1) Le présent

article s’applique aux régimes de pension suivants : (

a) Pension Plan for Non-Union Salaried Employees of St. Anne-Nackawic Pulp Company Lt d., the regis- tration of which under the Act was acknowledged on August 7, 1997, as amended;

a) Pension Plan for Non-Union Salaried Employees of St. Anne-Nackawic Pulp Company Ltd., dont récé- pissé de l’enregistrement en vertu de la Loi a été délivré le 7 août 1997 tel que modifié; (

99.2(2) On request for consent under subsection (1), the Superintendent may consent to the transfer on such terms and conditions as the Superintendent considers appropri- ate in the circumstances. 99.2(2) Sur demande du consentement en vertu du pa- ragraphe (1), le surintendant peut consentir au transfert selon les modalités et conditions qu’il estime pertinentes dans les circonstances. 99.3 Where money has been paid or transferred from a pension fund contrary to this Act or the regulations or contrary to a term or condition imposed by the Superin- tendent under
