PRE-EXISTING COMPANY PROVISIONS REGULATION

Special Act insurance companies

1 Sections P7 to P15 of the Pre-existing Company Provisions prescribed under

section 442.1 of the Business Corporations Act do not apply to a special Act insurance company.
