OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 2, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of easements with respect to Crown lands at Chester, Lunenburg County, being the lands shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Grant Woodroofe Payne and Betty Marie Payne of Chester, Lunenburg County; on the plan marked

Schedule "B" to Wayne Roger Payne and Trudy Lynn Payne of Chester, Lunenburg County; on the plan marked

Schedule "C" to David Mitchell Booher and Paula Grymes Booher of London, England; on the plan marked

Schedule "D" to Katherine M. Hillier of Chester, Lunenburg County; and on the plan marked

Schedule "E" to Maria Arnott of Toronto, Ontario; their respective heirs, successors and assigns, each for the consideration of $200, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
