OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 25, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective November 1, 2016: (
a) assign responsibility for the Chartered Professional Accountants Act to the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board; and (
b) direct that for administrative purposes, all matters relating to the Chartered Professional Accountants Act be attached to the Department of Finance and Treasury Board.
