Order in Council 62/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5,

Frederick William Slade of Sudbury, Ontario

be appointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
