OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 5, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Cumberland Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed $5,400,000 (five million, four hundred thousand dollars) as an additional contribution to the cost of constructing and equipping the Cumberland County Acute Care Facility in Upper Nappan, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health".
