OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated August 28, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 87(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Environment Canada for facilitation of the NAPS program, in substantially the form as set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 25, 2012.
