On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 ,

Anthony Fredericks of Locust Hill, Ontario

be re-appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a term of two years effective April 11, 2020.
