Order in Council 996/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1375/2013, dated the 25th day of September 2013, Shirley Patterson was reappointed as a member of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from September 25, 2013;

And

Whereas Shirley Patterson has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Shirley Patterson is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
