OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated March 11, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 248 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Holdings Disclosure Act, is pleased to: (
a) accept the resignation of Donald L. Parker of Hilden, Colchester County, as Registrar of Land Holdings; and (
b) appoint Norman Hill of Halifax Regional Municipality, as Registrar of Land Holdings, effective on and after April 13, 2010.
