Order in Council 639/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

a proclamation issue under

section 21.1(5) of the Courts of Justice Act, naming the following as additional areas in which the Family Court has jurisdiction, effective on May 13, 2019:

County of Renfrew

County of Hastings

County of Prince Edward

Regional Municipality of Haldimand-Norfolk

Regional Municipality of Waterloo

Regional Municipality of Niagara

County of Elgin

including (for greater certainty) every municipality situated in those areas, whether or not the municipality forms part of the area for municipal purposes.
