Order in Council 647/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Janet Hueglin Hartwick of Waterdown be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Janet Hueglin Hartwick was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 17, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 119/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 119/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
