OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated September 11, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act is pleased to approve the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing entering into the Provincial/Territorial Collaboration Agreement with the Ministers responsible for local government in all other provinces and territories in Canada, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
