OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated June 26, 2019 and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) issuing a warranty deed to convey two parcels of Crown lands containing a total of approximately 69.7 square metres located at St. Peter’s, Richmond County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Wild Rose Estates Limited, or its successors and assigns for the consideration of $1.00, and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
