Order in Council 1504/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Samantha Keser was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective August 23, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1243/2023;

And

whereas Samantha Keser tendered her resignation effective October 19, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1243/2023 be revoked effective October 19, 2024.
