On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

section 102 of the Drainage Act ,
Andrew Wright of London
be reappointed as acting referee for the purposes of the Drainage Act for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of May 30, 2025 or the date this Order in Council is made.
