OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated December 7, 2005 and pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 and subsections 12(1), (2) and (3) of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Charles Cox of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation for a three year term commencing January 31, 2006 and ending January 30, 2009 on the same terms and conditions as his first appointment; and (

b) amend Order in Council 2003-39 dated January 31, 2003 by striking out "2006" in the last line of clause (

a) and substituting "2008".
