OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 31, 2019 and pursuant to Sections 13 and 15 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to, effective September 3, 2019: a. re-appoint John Withrow of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing September 13, 2019; b. determine the remuneration of John Withrow as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $150 per meeting; c. appoint Stephen Johnson of Ellershouse, Hants County and Nadine Bernard of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney), as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board, each for a term of three years commencing on September 3, 2019; and d. determine the remuneration of Stephen Johnson and Nadine Bernard, as members of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $150 each, per meeting.
