OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated May 23, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development entering into: (
a) a Labour Market Agreement with the Government of Canada, substantially in the form set out in Annex "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to the addition of annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement; and (
b) a Labour Market Development Agreement with the Government of Canada, substantially in the form set out in the Annex "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to the addition of annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement.
