OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated June 25, 2003, and pursuant to subsections 18(1) to (4) of the General Blasting Regulations made pursuant to

Chapter 320 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Alan W. Miller of Newport, West Hants, as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Certification of Blasters for a term of three (3) years, effective on and after July 10, 2003; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Alan W. Miller at a rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day he attends a meeting of the Board of Examiners for the Certification of Blasters or does work directly related to the operations of the Board, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties in relation to the Board.
