OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 1, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Robert J. Power of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Montreal Trust Company, which appointment was made by Order in Council 84-661 dated June 5, 1984, as amended by 89-762 dated July 5, 1989; and (

b) appoint Robert J. Power of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire September 30, 2004.
