Allan Motion de M me la ministre Allan THAT Clause of the Bill be amended by adding the following after the proposed subsection 259.1(3): Il est proposé que l'article du projet de loi soit amendé par adjonction, après le paragraphe 259.1(3), de ce qui suit : Application 259.1(4) Subsection (3) applies only in respect of a child who has withdrawn from parental control.
